Windows SmartScreen warns me. Is it safe?
The files are not code-signed, which costs money a free hobby project does not have, so SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC". Choose More info, then Run anyway. You can check the download against the SHA-256 shown next to it:

Download the APK on the tablet, open it and allow your browser to install unknown apps when Android asks. Android 8 or newer.
Do I need an account?
No. The Windows planner works on its own. An account is only needed to link a tablet, read the game log and take part in the opt-in community statistics. Create one on the account page.
Is it against the rules?
Freight Planner sends no keyboard, mouse or controller input, does not hook into the game and does not read its memory. It reads the screenshots you take and, if you turn it on, the Game.log text file the game writes.
What leaves my PC?
Screenshots, OCR and route planning stay on your PC. The app goes online only for the optional account and for Trade ideas, which read public prices from UEX. A price is sent to UEX only when you press Submit and approve it.
My ultrawide screen is not read well.
Known limitation: OCR is tuned for 16:9. Post a screenshot of a contract in the Reddit thread and it will be used to add support.
Fleet Command
How do I add Fleet Command to my server?
Use the Add to Discord button on the Fleet Command page. Then someone with Manage Server runs

The hangar runs on one global clock: 120 minutes charging, then 65 minutes open (the last 5, with the lights dark, still count), with about 350 ms of drift per cycle. Fleet Command tracks it to the millisecond from your officers' last observed opening, and cross-checks the open community reference by Arkanis. It is not an official feed, and patches or server maintenance can shift it, so Fleet Command flags when it needs a fresh look. When an officer sees all five lights green,
/hangar calibrate brings it back in line.Why does Fleet Command not read my messages?
It works with slash commands and buttons only, so it does not need Discord's Message Content permission.
What does Fleet Command store?
Per server: its settings, operations and rosters, compboard states, hangar calibrations and who subscribed to notices. Nothing is shared between servers.

What is MOTHER?
MOTHER is the system behind Interstellar Convoy: the servers that sign you in, link your tablet, keep the community statistics and pass orders between this website and Fleet Command. She only handles what goes through those servers. Trade prices still come from UEX, and your screenshots are still read on your own PC.
Is this an official Star Citizen site?
No. Interstellar Convoy, Freight Planner and Fleet Command are free fan-made tools, not affiliated with the Cloud Imperium group of companies.
What does the support form store?
Your message, the name and email you give, and a salted hash of your IP address to stop spam. It is only used to answer you and is deleted when the matter is handled.
